Strategic concept work to pitch an omni-channel marketing strategy to Emerson Hospital for its Wellness Center. Work illustrates user task flows for one potential user journey. Emerson Hospital engages with the community through classes at its Wellness Center which run parallel with the hospital’s service lines.
I led experience design for this project in collaboration with a digital marketing strategist. I created storyboards for the user journey and prototypes to demo to the client.
